Thanks to its unique production process, which includes two stages of fermentation followed by spray drying, its nutritional elements remain intact, making it exceptionally rich in metabolites, enzymes, vitamins, nucleotides, and amino acids.
Beyond its significant nutritional benefits, Brocacel® serves multiple roles. Due to its high solubility (80-90%), it acts as a powerful attractant in boilies, releasing nutrients easily into the water column. It contains a high level of digestible lysine and glutamic acid (58.6 g/kg protein), acting as an umami flavor enhancer, significantly increasing the palatability of boilies. Additionally, Brocacel® also functions as a binding agent, improving the texture and consistency of boilies.
