The content of the Baitshop.ro website (images, texts, graphic elements, software, registered trademarks, etc.) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any use of this content without the consent of Baitshop.ro is prohibited and subject to legal sanctions.
4. Personal data processing (GDPR)

5. User registration
To place an order, users must create an account using a valid email address. Baitshop.ro reserves the right to refuse registration if incorrect data is provided.
6. Prices and payment methods
Prices are displayed in LEI and EURO, include VAT (19% or 9%), and exclude shipping costs. Payments can be made via:
- Credit card
- SEPA Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery
For B2B clients, invoicing can be processed with 0% VAT, provided a valid VAT number is registered in the VIES system.
7. Order
Placing an order implies acceptance of the terms and conditions. Order confirmation is sent via email. If incorrect data is provided, the Client may face delays or additional costs.
Baitshop.ro reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud or clear pricing/description errors.
8. Delivery
Orders are shipped via courier, as detailed in the Delivery and Returns section of the website. The maximum delivery time is 30 days from order confirmation.
If a product cannot be delivered, the Client will be notified, and any paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.
9. Product reception
The Client must check the package upon delivery and sign the transport document. Any damage or missing items must be noted in writing on the delivery document.
10. Returns
The Client has the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, with prior notification via email at contact@baitshop.ro. Return costs are borne by the Client.
According to OUG 34/2014, perishable or sealed products cannot be returned if the seal has been removed.
For non-conforming or damaged products, the replacement procedure applies.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
11. Warranty
Products are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable laws. In case of a manufacturing defect, the Client must notify Baitshop.ro.
12. Limitation of liability
Baitshop.ro is not responsible for:
- Errors in price display or technical information.
- Delays or issues caused by courier service providers.
- Incorrect use of purchased products.
13. Major Force
Baitshop.ro is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, major technical issues, etc.).
14. Dispute resolution
Disputes between Baitshop.ro and the Client will be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by competent courts in Romania, in accordance with applicable laws.
