At Baitshop Romania you benefit from various secure payment methods, depending on the location, order value, and currency used to pay for it. The available payment methods will automatically appear on the checkout page. The card payment processing fees are fully covered by Baitshop Romania.

The available payment methods are as follows:

1. SEPA Bank Transfer (Romania/International)

Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Bank transfer is one of the most secure payment methods, with the major advantage being that the transfer fees are 0, regardless of the transferred amount. We highly recommend using this payment system for B2B customers.

Bank transfers can be made in RON for national deliveries or EUR for international deliveries, to one of our accounts:

2. Card Payments | Netopia Payments (Romania)

Payments in RON are available through the secure Netopia Payments system. Transactions are protected by 3D Secure encryption systems. Payments can be made using a personal or business bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or via the Netopia MobilPay Wallet application. Netopia provides 24/7 email support for any issues encountered during payment processing.

The payment processing fee for Netopia is fully covered by Baitshop Romania.

3. Card Payments | Stripe (International)

Stripe is one of the most highly regarded payment processors globally, due to its extremely high level of payment security. At Baitshop.ro, this payment method can be used exclusively for international payments in Euro. Stripe employs advanced 3D Secure encryption systems and PCI DSS compliance for data protection. Personal and business credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are accepted, along with other payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and more.

Additionally, you have the option to exchange your local currency. The exchange fee is borne by the buyer and is automatically calculated on the Stripe payment page, ranging from 2% to 4%.

The payment processing fee for Stripe is fully covered by Baitshop Romania.

4. Cash on delivery - COD (Romania)

Cash on delivery is available exclusively within Romania and is limited to parcels with a maximum weight of 25 kg, shipped via GLS courier service.

The same limit applies when cash on delivery payment is made by bank card to the courier upon receipt of the order.

The cash on delivery fee for a collector account is 5 RON and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
