Aqua Premium Halibut is a specialized pellet formula developed and refined by aquaculture experts to meet the nutritional needs of fish, making it ideal for carp and feeder fishing. Produced by Aqua Garant in Austria, these pellets adhere to the highest quality standards, using an extrusion process that modifies protein structures and pre-gelatinizes starches, ensuring a highly digestible nutrient profile in the final product.

Aqua Premium Halibut pellets contain a high percentage of super-premium (SP) fish meal, along with other highly attractive ingredients for carp, such as poultry protein, hemoglobin, blood meal, and fish oil. These pellets are particularly effective in warm water due to their high fat and protein content and their long-lasting stability in water.

Usage Recommendations:

  • Aqua Premium Halibut 2 mm & 3 mm

    • Suitable for method feeder fishing.
    • Can be prepared by soaking in water and/or attractants for 2 minutes, draining excess liquid, and allowing to hydrate for 15-20 minutes.
    • Alternatively, they can be gradually moistened, similar to groundbait preparation.
    • Used successfully as a primary component for solid PVA bag mixes, creating ultra-compact bags capable of long-distance casting.

  • Aqua Premium Halibut 3 mm & 4 mm

    • Excellent for feeder fishing with method feeders.
    • Best prepared by hydrating with hot water and/or attractants up to the pellet level in a bucket, then allowing the water to cool.
    • This process partially dissolves the top layer of pellets, forming an ideal paste for method feeders or grooved leads.

  • Groundbait & Method Mix

    • Any pellet size can be ground into powder and used as a base for groundbait or method mixes.
